We are intentionally compatible with all ages, body types, and skill levels - this is a gentle and healing practice! Our spiritual gym is currated for any and all that are motivated towards personal growth - Meaning connecting with your inner and higher self; finding flow and practice with your mind, body, and breath; stepping into your truth, embracing wellbeing.

Our spiritual gym revolves around the practice of Qigong. Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing modality; a flowful, gentle movement with emphasis on energy and breath. Along with Qigong we also include supporting content such as meditations, empowerment lessons, and more to come!

Our Qigong benefits more than physical health. This is wellness for your mind and spirit as well. Combined with the wisdom and teachings of Medicine Woman Vasiliki, this program is designed as a full self-care journey experience and support. Healing inwards and out, while strengthening your body and your energy.
Vasiliki is a Healing Qigong Master of 20 years.
She studied under Buddhist Monk and Qigong Master Jack Teo, learning spiritual and medical Qigong.

As a Medicine Woman, she incorporates her healing wisdom with qigong practice to give you a well-rounded program to support all lifestyles.

She has taught people from ages 3 to 92. Anyone can do Breath of the Ancients Qigong! Any age, any physical fitness level - all are welcome!
